Who we are

Post 2 Profits is a marketing agency run by Post2Profits LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. We build and run Facebook and Instagram advertising for local service businesses. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Post2Profits LLC, and "you" means anyone who fills out one of our forms, visits one of our pages, or talks with us.

What we collect

What you give us

When you submit a form on Facebook, Instagram, or one of our websites, or book a call with us, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Your answers to our questions, such as your business's monthly revenue range and monthly ad spend range
  • Anything else you choose to tell us on a call, in a message, or in an email

What comes with it automatically

  • Which ad, campaign, and form you responded to, and when
  • If you visit our websites: basic device and browser information and pages viewed, collected through the Meta pixel and similar tools

We don't ask for bank details, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information on our forms.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the request you made, including by phone call, text message, and email
  • To figure out whether our services fit your business before we get on a call
  • To schedule and hold strategy calls, and to follow up afterward
  • To measure and improve our own advertising
  • To keep records, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't hand your details to other businesses so they can market to you.

Who we share it with

We use the companies below to run our business. Each one handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

CompanyWhat it does for us
Meta PlatformsRuns the Facebook and Instagram ads and forms you respond to, and receives hashed contact details for ad measurement
HighLevel (LeadConnector)Our CRM and business phone system, where your contact record, messages, and call recordings are stored
SlackOur private internal team channel for new-inquiry alerts
GoogleOur email, calendar, and internal spreadsheets we use to track calls
CalendlyBooking for strategy calls, if you schedule one
FathomRecords and transcribes our video calls, if you join one
Stripe and WhopPayment processing, if you become a client

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Calls with our team may be recorded so we can keep accurate notes and coach our team. If you receive texts from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else.

Ads and measurement

We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which ads lead to inquiries and booked calls. Before contact details are sent to Meta for this, they are converted into a scrambled code (hashed) that Meta matches against its own accounts. We may also use hashed lists of existing clients to keep our ads from showing to people we already work with.

You can control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're talking with you or working together, and afterward for as long as it's reasonably needed for our records, taxes, or legal obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

  • Stop texts: reply STOP.
  • Stop calls or emails: tell us on the call, reply to the email, or email us.
  • See, correct, or delete your information: email us and tell us what you'd like done.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights. Email us to use them.

Security

Access to your information is limited to our team and the service providers listed above. No system is perfectly secure, so if you think something is wrong, email us right away.

Children

Our services are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Big changes in how we use your information will be clearly noted here.
